Who we are

This website is operated by Timdel Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17318639. In this policy, references to "we", "us", and "our" mean Timdel Holdings Limited. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

For any privacy question or request, contact timothy.odubanjo@timdelholdings.com.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, organisation (optional), selected service of interest, and the message you send.
  • Discovery and coaching bookings: details you provide when scheduling a call through our booking widget, including name, email, and answers to any intake questions.
  • Basic technical data: standard server and browser information such as approximate location, device type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate usage.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you have asked about.
  • To arrange and deliver discovery calls, coaching sessions, and consulting engagements.
  • To keep records required for legitimate business, tax, and legal purposes.
  • To improve the content and performance of this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision making or profiling.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent, when you submit the contact form or book a call.
  • Legitimate interests, to run and secure the website and to respond to business enquiries in a professional way.
  • Legal obligation, where we are required to retain certain records.

Service providers we use

We use a small number of trusted third parties to run this website and manage enquiries. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and only receive the minimum data required:

  • Formspree, to receive and forward contact form submissions.
  • Calendly, to schedule discovery calls, coaching, and retainer onboarding sessions.
  • Lovable, our website hosting and delivery platform.
  • Google Search Console, for aggregate search performance data (this does not identify individual visitors).

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required to serve pages and remember preferences you set, such as your chosen appearance settings. Third party widgets such as Calendly may set their own cookies when you interact with them, in line with their own privacy notices.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as needed to serve the purpose they were collected for, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely archived.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete your information where there is no ongoing legitimate reason to keep it.
  • Object to or restrict certain kinds of processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email timothy.odubanjo@timdelholdings.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you send information to us at your own risk.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
