Can I get a refund on the monthly retainer?

The retainer requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. Refunds are not available within the minimum term.

How is coaching delivered?

All coaching is delivered via Google Meet video call. In-person coaching in Manchester is available for retainer clients by arrangement at no additional cost.

Can corporate training be delivered at our offices?

Yes. Corporate training can be delivered on-site anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation outside Greater Manchester are charged at cost and agreed in advance. Virtual delivery is available at no additional cost.
